Job Description:

We are hiring for multiple International Customer Service processes in Gurgaon for candidates with strong English communication skills. Candidates may be considered for Voice or International Chat processes based on their experience, communication skills, assessment performance and process requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Freshers can apply for selected openings
- International voice/chat experience will be an added advantage




- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Good typing speed and accuracy preferred for chat processes
- Must be comfortable working from office in Gurgaon
- Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation & Perks

- Salary: 19,000- 30,000 per month, based on experience and process suitability
- Compensation: Salary structure may vary depending on candidate experience, communication skills, and role requirements
- Working Days: 5 days a week for applicable processes
