The best candidate would have:

- Any Graduate with 2-3 years of prior work experience as an Illustrator, graphic designer, or similar
- Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of 3D or motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic, conceptual, and artistic skills
- Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
- Strong portfolio showing creativity and technical skills
