JLL is hiring a Civil Manager for Mall Operations in Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil maintenance of mall assets and facilities.
- Handle BOQ/BOM preparation, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs, retail delivery, and project execution.
- Review architectural/MEP drawings and conduct site inspections.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in Mall Operations, Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or Construction.
- Solid experience in civil maintenance, fit-outs, tenant coordination, BOQ preparation, and commercial buildings.
