Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist / HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HRMS, Leave & Attendance Management, and other employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate and support monthly payroll processing and payroll inputs.
- Handle Compensation & Benefits administration.
- Manage employee attendance, leave and HR records.
- Maintain and update employee data in HRMS.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits,



policies and HR processes.
- Support employee engagement and employee relations activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and other management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate with Finance and other internal teams for payroll and employee-related matters.
- Support onboarding, documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
