Own product hardware lifecycle planning from introduction through retirement, including product health monitoring, refresh planning, customer migration strategies, and end-of-life execution.

- Lead Recent Product Introduction (NPI), product transition, and retirement planning activities across the portfolio.
- Assess product performance, adoption, supportability, and operational risks to maintain a healthy and sustainable portfolio.
- Partner with internal hardware, software, quality, and supply chain teams to identify and address lifecycle, supportability, and obsolescence risks.
- Ensure product decisions balance customer value, operational efficiency, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for the hardware and Firmware portfolio.
- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, hardware refreshes, and strategic initiatives based on customer needs, market opportunities, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Develop product requirements and success metrics to guide execution and measure outcomes.
