Role Overview:
We are looking for a Production Engineer with hands-on experience in pressure vessel, heat exchanger and heavy fabrication manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate shop-floor production and fabrication activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, milestones and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with ASME codes, drawings, WPS/PQR and quality requirements.
- Coordinate welding, fabrication, machining, assembly and testing activities.
- Prepare production reports and monitor productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Welding and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers,



columns/reactors or similar heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW, FCAW, ESSC, groove welding and weld overlay.
- Knowledge of ASME Sec. II, VIII, IX & B31.3.
- Understanding of WPS, PQR, WPQ, Weld Plan, repair procedures and NDT (PT/MT/UT/RT).
- Ability to read technical/fabrication drawings.
- Exposure to project planning, scheduling and manufacturing execution.
- Experience with Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, Niobium will be an added advantage.
- Solid planning, problem-solving and communication skill
