Job Description
This role is accountable for end‑to‑end contract management, ensuring that all legal and contract management affairs are taken care of in entirety. It is a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of client’s contractual relationships. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contractual commitments, from interpretation and change management to adherence tracking and audit coordination. The role requires a seasoned professional with robust legal acumen, project management skills, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation, ensuring seamless and risk-free delivery for our clients.
