We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Resident Consultant to join our Skilled Services team. This is an Onsite, Mumbai role , reporting to the Manager, Professional Services. In this role, you will be the strategic face of Zscaler for our enterprise clients, deep-diving into unique customer environments to architect, configure, and integrate solutions on our industry-leading Zero Trust platform. You bring a strong consultant mindset, exceptional customer-facing acumen, and deep deployment expertise to collaborate closely with sales, external partners, and cross-functional teams—ensuring our customers achieve seamless, timely, and secure transformations.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers over extended engagements (6 months, 1 year, or longer)
- Act as the customer's "Go-To" expert for all matters related to their Zscaler
