The Senior Captain is responsible for managing the restaurant floor during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experience, proper staff deployment and coordination between the service team, kitchen and management.
The Senior Captain will act as the shift leader and should be capable of independently managing restaurant operations when the Outlet Manager is unavailable.
