Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Men's Wear Showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their clothing requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable men's apparel and accessories.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, sizes, fabrics, and styling options.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays.
- Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required.
- Manage stock on the shop floor and assist with inventory checks.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
