*Job Role: Operations Executive*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Visit and audit all franchise outlets as per company SOP.

2. Conduct regular quality checks - Food Quality, Hygiene, Cleanliness & Customer Service.

3. Give proper training to outlet staff regarding food preparation, service, billing and hygiene.

4. Ensure all outlets are following company standards and recipes.

5. Prepare daily audit reports and share with Head Office.

6. Support new outlet opening and staff training.

7.



Resolve operational issues at outlet level.

*Required Skills & Qualification:*

- Must have Hotel Management Degree / Diploma (Compulsory).

- Good knowledge of Food Industry / QSR / Restaurant Operations.

- Experience in outlet audit and staff training.

- Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.

- Willing to travel.

- Freshers with good food knowledge can also apply.

*Experience:* 1 to 2 Years in Hotel / Restaurant / QSR Operations.

*Salary:* Best in Industry + Travel Allowance
