We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, preparing BOQs, coordinating with vendors and laborers, ensuring quality control, and handling day-to-day construction activities for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise in office construction activities, material handling, and work progress.
- Prepare and interpret structural drawings, layout plans, and estimation sheets.
- Ensure work is carried out as per architectural plans and within timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain site safety protocols.
- Track material usage and inventory management.
- Report daily progress to project head or architect.
- Manage subcontractors, masons, and labor deployment.
- Prepare site measurements and support billing documentation.
