Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, e-commerce platforms, social media accounts, website and digital lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Social Media Management

Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.

Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, offers and inventory.

Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and customer queries.

Improve product visibility and sales on online platforms.

Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch

Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar also Create and publish posts, reels, stories and promotional content.

Monitor comments, messages and customer enquiries.

Track engagement, reach and follower growth.

Website Management

Manage and update the company website

Add new products, update product information, pricing and offers.

Check website content, product pages and basic functionality regularly.

Coordinate with the website developer whenever technical changes are required.

Create and manage campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).





Define target audiences and manage campaign budgets.

Monitor CPL, leads, reach, CTR and conversions.

Test different creatives, audiences and ad campaigns.

Follow up on lead quality and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain proper lead records and prepare regular performance reports.

Analytics & Reporting

Track e-commerce sales, website traffic and social media performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.

Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor competitors and current digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

Basic-to-valuable knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

Experience with e-commerce marketplaces.

Basic understanding of website management.

Lead generation and digital marketing knowledge.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

FMCG/food-brand experience will be an advantage.

Main Goal

To increase online sales, brand visibility, website traffic and qualified B2B leads through e-commerce platforms, social media, website management and Meta advertising.
