We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join our team for Personal Care & Herbal Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
- Explain product features, advantages, offers and pricing clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Maintain proper customer and order details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build good customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience preferred.
- Experience in Personal Care, Herbal, Ayurveda, FMCG or Wellness products will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Freshers are not preferred.
- Only Female
Salary: Depends on experience & interview performance.
