Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Target-Based Incentives
- Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads and understand clients’ property requirements.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Explain property details, pricing, location, specifications and available options.
- Coordinate and schedule property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Accompany clients during site visits and explain project/property details.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper communication until closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in the sales and booking process.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader and management regarding leads, visits and conversions.
- Stay updated about available properties, pricing, inventory and market conditions.
- Prepare daily activity and sales reports as required.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Delhi/NCR real estate market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field work and property visits.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Eligibility Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong communication skills may also apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
