- Design and develop Aluminium Pressure Die Casting tools/dies.
- Design CNC machining fixtures, checking fixtures and inspection fixtures.
- Handle recent part development from drawing review to production approval.
- Conduct casting feasibility, DFM and tooling concept reviews.
- Coordinate with tool vendors for tool manufacturing, trials and modifications.
- Support die trials and resolve casting defects and dimensional issues.
- Prepare and maintain tool drawings, BOM, development documents and engineering changes.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Customers during NPD.
- Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plan activities.

- AutoCAD – Preferred
- Basic knowledge of CAD/3D modelling and 2D drawing
- Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation
