Job Summary:

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Executive is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems used in packaging and plastic printing operations. The role ensures smooth machine functioning, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of packaging and plastic printing machines
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic printing, lamination, slitting, pouching, and packaging machines
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in flexographic printing machines
- Maintain motors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, heaters, sensors, encoders, and control panels
- Ensure proper operation of temperature controllers, tension control systems, and web guiding systems
- Reduce machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency (OEE)
- Assist in installation,



alignment, and commissioning of new machinery
- Coordinate with production teams during job changeovers and machine setup
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements
- Support TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Hands-on experience with packaging and plastic printing machinery
- Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, and industrial automation components
- Understanding of printing quality parameters and machine calibration
- Ability to work independently during breakdowns
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts

Educational Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in versatile packaging, plastic printing.
- Exposure to flexo printing machines
- Knowledge of ISO standards and safety practices
