We are looking for an experienced Bakery Production Manager to manage our bakery production unit in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage daily bakery production
- Manage and supervise the production team
- Plan production according to daily orders
- Ensure timely production and dispatch
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Manage raw materials and stock
- Control wastage
- Handle B2B and bulk orders
- Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Maintain daily production records
- Train and guide the production team

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery production
- Experience in a commercial bakery or central kitchen
- Positive knowledge of bakery and pastry products
- Experience managing a production team
- Good planning and team-management skills
- Should be able to independently handle daily production
- Immediate or short-notice joining preferred

Salary: Rs. 45,000–50,000 per month, depending on experience.

Bakery production experience is mandatory.
