JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Contact customers with overdue accounts through phone calls and inform them about their outstanding balance and payment due dates.
- Review and analyze customer accounts, including outstanding amounts, payment history, and other relevant details before making contact.
- Clearly explain the outstanding dues, payment requirements, and applicable consequences of non-payment.
- Communicate professionally with customers and encourage timely repayment.
- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements, including installment plans, partial settlements, or extended payment deadlines, as per company policies.
- Address customer concerns, queries,



and objections regarding outstanding dues and provide appropriate clarification.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment commitments, agreed terms, and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely feedback and trail uploads in the CRM after every customer interaction.
- Follow up regularly with customers who have committed to making payments.
- Escalate difficult, disputed, or unresolved cases to the concerned Manager/Department.
- Follow the company's established collection and escalation procedures.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers during all collection activities.
- Ensure that all collection activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets within the given timelines.
