Job Title: Production MIS ExecutiveJob Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Production MIS Executive to monitor and maintain data related to our factory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and maintain daily production and process-wise data from the factory floor.
- Track material consumption, manpower deployment, production and productivity.
- Maintain records of wastage, rejection, rework and WIP.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to verify data and ensure accuracy.
- Analyse productivity and highlight deviations or inefficiencies to management.
- Assist in developing and improving factory reporting systems and processes.

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Should be comfortable working on the factory floor as well as on a computer.
- Experience in manufacturing/factory MIS will be an advantage.

Key: This is not a pure data-entry job. The candidate will actively work with factory teams to collect, verify and analyse operational data.
