Jyomix is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company in hiring suitable candidates for various positions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate offer-related discussions as required.
- Prepare and share offer letters and joining documents.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
