Position: Field Sales Executive

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit gyms, retail stores, and potential clients in assigned areas.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Increase sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, retailers, and other business partners.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Present and explain sports nutrition and fitness supplement products to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms where required.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Submit daily field activity reports and provide regular market feedback.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/distribution team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Requirements:
1+ years of field sales experience preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge or interest in fitness, sports nutrition, and supplements is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas of Pune.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
