? WE’RE HIRING | US STAFFING RECRUITER ??

C&A; Globalfare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven US Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Noida.

? Location: D-216, D Block, Sector 63, Noida

⏰ Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

? Job Type: Full-Time

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Working Days: Monday–Friday

? What You’ll Do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals & databases

• Screen and shortlist candidates for US requirements

• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

• Maintain candidate pipelines & recruitment trackers

• Work closely with clients/hiring teams

• Achieve daily & monthly recruitment targets

? Who We’re Looking For

✔ Strong English communication skills

✔ Good sourcing & candidate-screening skills

✔ Understanding of US Staffing/Recruitment is a plus

✔ Target-oriented and proactive

✔ Strong communication skills are also apply
