Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective team management and client engagement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSales Target Ownership: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- Lead Conversion: Manage qualified leads, follow-ups, and site visits to maximize conversions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle client objections, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth closures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate the sales team to consistently meet targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track progress.




- Market Analysis: Monitor local real estate trends and competitor activities.
- Qualifications1–6 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary Range₹5–9 LPA (depending on experience and performance).
