Key Responsibilities:

- Customers ko call karke insurance plans aur unke benefits effectively explain karna.
- New leads se connect karna, business opportunities generate karna, aur deals close karna.
- Interested customers ke saath regular follow-up rakhna.
- Customer ki exact requirements samajhkar unhe sabse suitable insurance solution provide karna.
- Apne monthly sales targets consistently achieve karna.
- Daily calls aur sales activities ka proper CRM/Excel record maintain karna.
- Existing customers ke saath long-term professional relationship maintain karna.

Candidate Requirements:

- Only Female candidates can apply.




- Minimum 1 to 2 years of mandatory experience in Insurance Sales or direct Telesales. (Freshers please do not apply).
- 12th Pass ya Graduate candidates apply kar sakte hain.
- Strong communication, negotiation, aur convincing skills honi chahiye.
- Target-driven mindset aur positive skilled attitude required.
