Undergo one year of on the job training in civil and structural design and drafting.

Learn structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro, and prepare civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD.

Learn engineering drawing standards, detailing practices, and documentation requirements.

Work on design and drafting exercises involving heavy industrial buildings and structures.

Learn to apply relevant Indian Standards (IS codes) and international design codes.

Assist in preparing design calculations and drawings for heavy industrial structures under the guidance of senior engineers.

Selected candidates after the interview, will be required to execute a two-year service agreement with the company. This represents the minimum commitment period. After completion of two years, employees can continue their employment with the company for as long as they wish.

Selected candidates are also required to submit a signed cheque in favour of the company without mentioning any amount. This cheque is retained only as a part of the service agreement process and is returned to the employee upon successful completion of the two-year service period.
