We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) Executive / Engineer to oversee the real-time monitoring, performance reporting, documentation, and in office maintenance activities across our portfolio of solar power plants.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in solar plant operations, monitoring, and O&M; administration.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Plant Monitoring & Performance Analysis:

Perform daily real-time monitoring of all online solar plants via remote portals and monitoring platforms (e.g., Grid Insight).

Identify, log, and analyze plant errors, system warnings, grid outages, and underperformance issues.

Review monthly utility electricity bills to detect undergeneration or discrepancies in offline and online systems.

Maintain, check,



and approve daily operational data within the Grid Insight application.

O&M; Documentation & Financial Tracking:

Maintain accurate records for Bank Guarantees (BG) linked to specific projects and keep all operational compliance documents up to date.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for panel cleaning schedules, routine maintenance, and corrective work orders.

Reporting & Daily Communication:

Generate and distribute daily email updates covering ongoing module cleaning schedules and maintenance activities across all site locations.

Compile, analyze, and deliver monthly plant performance and yield analysis reports for management review.

Field Support & Site Visits:

Conduct periodic or emergency site visits, as required, to oversee maintenance operations, audit cleaning practices, or inspect system faults.
