- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through telecalling, follow-ups and field visits.
- Handle leads received through IndiaMART, Facebook, Instagram, website and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain suitable products and services and generate sales opportunities.
- Visit customers and retailers when required.
- Give product/software demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Convert enquiries into orders and achieve sales targets.
- Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the technical, telemarketing and backend teams.
- Maintain customer information, follow-ups and sales records.
- Provide regular feedback regarding customer requirements and market conditions.

- Candidate ProfileExperience in Sales / Marketing / Telemarketing / Business Development preferred.
