- Supervise day-to-day warehouse, loading, dispatch and distribution operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, helpers, sales executives and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and monitor vehicle loading plans and route-wise dispatches.
- Ensure accurate stock handling, physical stock verification and material movement.
- Monitor crate movement, return crates and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate timely delivery of products to distributors and dealers.
- Check loading quantities, product condition, batch details and expiry before dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of stock, dispatches, returns, shortages and damages.
- Coordinate with the accounts/office team regarding cash collection, outstanding payments and delivery documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity and daily work allocation.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, safety and quality standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management
