We are looking for a experienced and self-motivated Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and secure new revenue streams. You will find fresh clients, build lasting partnerships and play a crucial role in our expansion and growth strategies

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Find new sales leads through cold outreach, networking events, referrals and digital channels.
- Client Relations: Build trust with prospective clients and keep strong ties with the existing customers.
- Market Research: Study industry trends and competitor actions to spot new growth opportunities. Explore new potential segments, penetrate and develop the segment.
- Daily Schedules: Prepare the daily schedules in advance with prior appointments for efficient performance.
- Proposals: Prepare pitches and present solutions that match client needs. Preparing of proposals as per discussions with clients and solutions offered.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and close deals to hit monthly or quarterly revenue targets.
- Reporting:



Report to the reporting manager on a daily basis as agreed and maintain all the records for anytime reference.
- Coordination: Work in tandem with the respective teams in a regular basis to get the works done on a smoother manner and to meet the deadlines.

Requirements and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Marketing or a related field, Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor in electrical engineering, Master in Business Administration- Marketing or related field
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, lead generation, or a similar business growth role.
- Communication: Positive verbal and written skills to present ideas clearly.
- Technical Skills: Comfort with MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, Time management, Client relationship management, Interpersonal skills, Effective communication, Adaptability, Problem solving.
