The project:
The project involves the design and development of a fully operational data center located in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll be responsible for:
Should have experience in large-scale Greenfield Data Centre campus infrastructure.
Predominantly building-focused experience, with exposure to campus utilities, external infrastructure, and integrated site services.
Should have demonstrated track record of independently delivering hyperscale Data Centre projects through the full project lifecycle and exposure to mission-critical infrastructure and its associated delivery complexities.
Lead the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives,



programme requirements and strategic project outcomes.
Build and manage high-performing project teams and consultant partners, fostering collaboration, accountability and a culture of Safety First.
Develop and maintain integrated project, design, procurement and delivery programmes to achieve agreed milestones, budgets and performance targets.
Drive effective stakeholder engagement, ensuring explicit communication, robust governance, informed decision-making and proactive management of project change.
Champion quality, risk management and service excellence, ensuring compliance, effective controls and successful project handover.
Promote Mace’s priorities of Construction to Production, Digital & Data and Responsible Business, while leveraging best practice and knowledge sharing to deliver continuous improvement and project excellence.
