Key Responsibilities

* Own, maintain, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog in
alignment with product strategy, customer needs, business priorities, and
roadmap commitments.
* Partner with the Product Manager to define product vision, strategic
objectives, roadmap themes, market opportunities, and success measures.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, UX, Data, Architecture, and
Operations teams to groom features, clarify requirements, resolve
dependencies, and support timely delivery.
* Translate business objectives and complex financial-market requirements into
epics, features, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance
criteria.
* Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, story elaboration, sprint reviews,
product demonstrations, and stakeholder feedback sessions.




* Ensure user stories are ready for development by defining functional
behavior, data attributes, validation rules, exception handling,
dependencies, and testable acceptance criteria.
* Make day-to-day prioritization decisions by balancing customer value, market
needs, regulatory requirements, operational risk, technical dependencies,
delivery capacity, and time-to-market considerations.
* Serve as the primary business and functional point of contact for the Scrum
team, providing timely clarification and decisions throughout the development
lifecycle.
* Partner with stakeholders to validate delivered functionality, incorporate
feedback, and confirm release readiness.
* Identify and manage product, data, process, and dependency risks; drive
appropriate resolution and escalation.
* Support release planning, stakeholder communications, product documentation,
training, and change-management activities.
* Define and monitor product success measures,
