About the RoleWe are setting up a new customer-facing service at a high-footfall location in Ahmedabad and are looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible Customer Experience Executive to manage day-to-day customer interactions.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and interact with customers
- Explain the service and assist customers during their visit
- Encourage customer engagement and support basic sales activities
- Handle UPI, card and cash payments
- Maintain daily customer and transaction records
- Ensure the assigned area remains clean and presentable
- Assist customers with basic operational queries
- Coordinate with the central team for any technical or operational issues
- Follow daily operating and reporting procedures




- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment
- Candidate ProfileGood communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
- Polite, confident and presentable personality
- Basic smartphone and UPI knowledge
- Hindi and Gujarati communication preferred
- Basic English will be an advantage
- Responsible and punctual
- Comfortable working at a busy public location
- Retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, food & beverage or similar experience is an advantage
