We are looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage residential construction activities from foundation to finishing. The candidate should have solid knowledge of site execution, quality control, drawings, manpower coordination, and construction materials.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily residential construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor construction work from foundation to finishing as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, vendors,



architects, and consultants.
- Monitor manpower, materials, work progress, and site requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and site execution issues.
- Ensure construction quality and minimize rework and material wastage.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, site records, and material requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Follow project safety standards and ensure safe working practices at site.
- Track project milestones and support timely completion of assigned activities.
