PNB MetLife? Position OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team at PNB MetLife! ? In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and operational functions, ensuring seamless daily workflows, accurate documentation, and exceptional support for our sales and service teams. ?

- ? Key Responsibilities
- ? Data Management: Maintain, update, and manage accurate records, databases, and client files with high precision.
- ? Documentation Handling: Process policy applications, renewals, claims, and other essential paperwork efficiently and within stipulated turnaround times (TAT).
- ? Coordination & Communication: Act as a smooth bridge between field sales teams, internal departments, and external clients to resolve operational queries.
- ? Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports regarding sales progress, operations, and back-office metrics for management review.
- ?️ Administrative Support: Manage office inventory, handle correspondence, file important documents securely, and assist in organizing internal meetings or events.
- ⚖️ Compliance & Quality: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to company guidelines,



regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
- ? Requirements & Qualifications?
- ? Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in back-office operations, administration, or data entry (freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply!).
- ? Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel and Word) and comfort with database management systems.
- ?️ Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
