We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Shorthand and Typing Tutor to train students preparing for government exams, stenographer posts, and office jobs. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Hindi shorthand and typing, and enjoys helping students build speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English and Hindi shorthand (theory and dictation practice) to students at beginner and advanced levels
- Conduct English and Hindi typing classes, including speed and accuracy drills
- Give regular dictation at graded speeds and check transcriptions
- Track student progress and conduct periodic speed tests
- Prepare students for exams such as SSC Stenographer, court and state-level typing/steno tests
- Maintain class records and attendance

Requirements

- Proficiency in English and Hindi shorthand and typing




- Shorthand speed of at least [80–100] wpm; typing speed of at least [35–40] wpm in English and [30] wpm in Hindi
- Familiarity with Hindi typing layouts (Remington/Inscript) and fonts such as Mangal or Kruti Dev
- Positive communication skills and patience with students
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Punjabi typing/shorthand will be an added advantage

Working Hours

- Institute timings: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Holidays: All Sundays, the last Saturday of every month, and all public holidays

Salary

- ₹12,500 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience
- The first 3 months will be a probation period, with a salary of ₹10,000 – ₹12,500 per month
