UI/UX Designer – QuickRideRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design and improve the user experience across QuickRide’s mobile app, web platforms, and internal systems. The role involves understanding user needs, identifying usability issues, and creating straightforward, intuitive, and visually appealing designs.

- Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign user-friendly and intuitive UI/UX for QuickRide mobile applications and web platforms.
- Understand user requirements and business objectives and convert them into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Improve existing QuickRide features based on customer feedback, support tickets, app reviews, and usability issues.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver designs.
- Design user journeys for Carpool, Taxi, Airport Taxi, Rentals, Outstation, Payments, Wallet, KYC, Redemptions, and other QuickRide services.
- Identify areas where customers face confusion or difficulty and simplify the overall user journey.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, UI components, colours, typography, icons, and interaction patterns.
- Create responsive designs for different mobile screen sizes, tablets, and web platforms where required.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to recommend UX improvements.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the final product matches the approved designs.
- Review implemented features and identify UI/UX gaps, bugs, and design inconsistencies before release.
- Prepare design specifications and assets required by the development team.
- Participate in product discussions, brainstorming sessions, sprint planning,



and design reviews.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and introduce relevant UI/UX best practices.
- Maintain and update the QuickRide design system and reusable components.
- Ensure designs are accessible, simple, scalable, and consistent across QuickRide products.

- Understand operational requirements and convert them into practical product designs.
- Work with internal teams to improve employee/admin interfaces and workflows.
- Design solutions that reduce manual work and customer support dependency.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Good understanding of mobile app and web design.
- Knowledge of responsive design and design systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand user problems and convert them into simple design solutions.
- Experience in mobility, transportation, fintech, marketplace, SaaS, or consumer apps would be an advantage.
- Preferred Experience2–5 years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Experience using analytics, customer feedback, and usability testing to improve product experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world UI/UX projects.
