DIAMOND & JEWELLERY SOFTWARE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced Diamond & Jewellery Software Executive for our company in Surat.

The candidate should have practical experience working with diamond and jewellery industry software and should understand the complete software process related to loose diamonds, jewellery, stock, memo, purchase, sales, manufacturing, and inventory.

- Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage GATI Software
- Operate and manage E-Jewels Software
- Maintain Loose Diamond & Jewellery Stock in Software
- Purchase & Sales Entries
- Stock Inward / Outward Entries
- Memo / Approval / Return Entries
- Jewellery & Diamond Inventory Management
- Barcode / Tag / Item Entries
- Customer & Supplier Data Management
- Invoice & Billing Entries
- Job Work Entries
- Manufacturing Process Entries
- Stock Transfer & Stock Reconciliation
- Diamond Packet / Lot / Jewellery Item Records
- Generate Stock, Sales, Purchase & MIS Reports
- Maintain accurate day-to-day data in jewellery software
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Production and Management teams for software-related entries and reports

Software Knowledge RequiredCandidate should have good working knowledge of:

- GATI Software
- E-Jewels Software
- Tally / Tally Prime




- Microsoft Excel
- Diamond Inventory Software
- Jewellery ERP / Management Software
- Stock Management Software
- Billing & Invoicing Software

Candidates having strong practical experience in GATI, E-Jewels and other Diamond/Jewellery Industry Software will be highly preferred.

- Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in Diamond / Jewellery / Loose Diamond / Manufacturing Company preferred
- Good understanding of diamond and jewellery business processes
- Must understand stock, memo, purchase, sales, job work and inventory entries
- Good computer and Excel knowledge
- Should be comfortable learning and operating different jewellery software
- Accurate and responsible in data entry and record management
- Ability to generate and understand software reports
