- Handle bulk hiring for NBFC roles.
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
- Manage candidate pipeline and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.
Requirements: 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in NBFC/BFSI hiring. Valuable communication and sourcing skills.
