- Monitor outlet operations to prevent theft, pilferage and inventory losses.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and identify suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular checks of employees, customers, stock and outlet premises.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and products.
- Support stock verification and identify inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of company assets and materials.
- Monitor wastage, damages and product losses.
- Report suspected theft, fraud, policy violations or irregularities to the management.
- Maintain daily loss-prevention and incident reports.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Operations teams regarding security concerns.
- Ensure employees follow company security and loss-prevention procedures.
- Conduct surprise checks as required.
- Support internal audits and investigations related to stock loss or operational discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.




- Assist management during emergency situations and security incidents.
- Follow Haldiram’s SOPs, policies and safety guidelines.
- Eligibility12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Retail, QSR, Hotel or Restaurant Operations is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
- Positive observation and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work across Haldiram’s outlets in Bangalore.
