Channamalleshwar Engineering is looking for an experienced VMC Machine Operator with valuable knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations, milling, machine setup, and measurement tools. The candidate will be responsible for accurate machine operation, quality inspection, routine maintenance, and maintaining production records.

? Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup: Load programs, position fixtures, clamp raw materials, and set tool/work offsets for accurate machining.
- Operation & Monitoring: Operate VMC machines, adjust feed and speed rates, and monitor the cutting process to prevent tool wear or breakage.
- Quality Control: Conduct first-article and in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers,



and gauges to ensure parts meet required blueprint tolerances.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning, and troubleshoot minor operational or programming issues.
- Milling Operations: Perform milling and angular milling operations as per job requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of approved parts, defective units, and machine running time.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Male candidate with minimum 2 years of VMC/CNC machine operation experience.
- Good knowledge of machine setup, milling, measurement, and quality inspection.
- Familiar with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
- Able to monitor machine performance and handle basic operational issues.
- No English language skills required.

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, as per skill & experience
