About the RoleWe are looking for a goal-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Executive to join our Direct Sales Force (DSF) team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying prospective customers interested in Term and Non-Term Life Insurance products.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients for Term (pure protection) and Non-Term (savings, investment, and retirement) insurance policies through direct outreach, tele-prospecting, and database management.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients' needs, financial goals, and insurance requirements to pass high-value, qualified leads to the core sales team.
- Client Engagement: Communicate product offerings, key benefits, and value propositions clearly to generate genuine customer interest.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate lead status, interaction logs, and customer details within the CRM system.
- Pipeline Management: Follow up consistently with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel and schedule sales appointments.
- Target Achievement:



Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, lead generation quotas, and appointment scheduling metrics.
- Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition (Experience in Insurance/BFSI is a plus).
- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi, or English to engage effectively with prospects.
- Sales Orientation: Driven by targets, persuasive, with a high degree of persistence and confidence.
- Product Understanding: Basic familiarity with Term Insurance and Savings/Investment Life Insurance products is preferred.
