- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of blood collection and sample handling procedures.
- Strong understanding of infection control and safety practices.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patients professionally and calmly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in sample identification and documentation.
- Willingness to travel for home sample collection, if required.
- Preferred CandidateExperience in a diagnostic laboratory, hospital, pathology lab, or healthcare organization.
- Experience with home blood sample collection will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can work independently and manage multiple sample collections efficiently.
