Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and responsible Delivery Executives to join our delivery team for Swiggy Food Delivery , Big Basket , Blinkit and Instamart grocery deliveries. The selected candidates will be responsible for picking up orders from restaurants or Instamart stores and delivering them safely and on time to customers.

- Key Responsibilities
- Pick up food orders from restaurants and grocery orders from Instamart stores.
- Deliver orders to customers accurately and within the expected delivery time.
- Verify order details before pickup and delivery.
- Handle food and grocery packages carefully to maintain product quality.
- Use the Swiggy delivery partner app for accepting orders, navigation, and order updates.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Collect cash payments where applicable and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, restaurant/store staff, and team members.
- Report any delivery issues, damaged/missing items, or customer concerns to the appropriate support team.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle/bag.
- Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum age: 18 years.
- Smartphone with an active internet connection.
- Two-wheeler with valid documents,



where required.
- Valid driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance, as applicable.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps and Google Maps/navigation.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
- Physically fit and comfortable with frequent riding and carrying delivery packages.
