Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute commercial and industrial HVAC projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and material requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper material planning, procurement, and availability at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Track project costs, variations, measurements, and client requirements.




- Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and site documentation.
- Handle client meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
- Coordinate testing & commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and applicable HVAC standards.
