JOB BRIEF

The Pre-Sales Tele Marketing Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound real estate leads, qualifying potential home buyers, nurturing prospects through consistent follow-ups, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

This role acts as the first point of contact between Ayush Realtors and prospective buyers, ensuring that only qualified and interested buyers are forwarded to the sales team, thereby improving site visit efficiency and deal conversions.

Note:



Top performers will be considered for Senior Pre-Sales or Field Sales roles within 12–18 months

EDUCATION

a. Minimum Education :- 12th Pass

b. Technical Education :- Computer Literacy

EXPERIENCE

a. Minimum Experience :- Fresher

b. Preferred Experience :- 1 Years in Real Estate
