Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to handle the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge and be comfortable working at client sites.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Install DVR/NVR, monitors, cables, connectors, and related equipment.
- Perform CCTV system testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve camera, wiring, connectivity, and recording issues.
- Handle IP cameras, network configuration, and basic LAN connectivity.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Visit client locations for installation and service requirements.
- Maintain proper records of installation and service work.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator/Manager for daily assignments.
- Ensure proper cable routing, installation quality,



and safety standards.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to clients when required.
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of CCTV, DVR, NVR, IP Cameras, and surveillance systems.
- Knowledge of CCTV cabling, connectors, and power supply.
- Basic understanding of networking and IP configuration.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at different client locations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- QualificationITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and service preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel to client sites.
- Must be comfortable with field work.
- Ability to handle tools and basic testing equipment.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
