Key Responsibilities

1.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.

2.Manage and develop the EV two-wheeler dealer/showroom network.

3.Identify new dealers and business opportunities within the territory.

4.Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

5.Regularly visit dealer showrooms and monitor sales performance.

6.Guide and motivate Sales Executives/Team Members to achieve targets.

7.Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.

8.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, offers, and market trends.

9.Ensure proper product knowledge and sales training for the team.

10.Track leads, bookings, deliveries, and overall sales conversion.

11.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

12.Resolve dealer and customer-related issues promptly.

13.Ensure proper branding and visibility of EV products at dealer locations.

14.Expand market presence and increase EV two-wheeler sales in the assigned territory.

Required Skills

2.Positive knowledge of the Electric Vehicle / Two-Wheeler market.

8.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

9.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Qualification

1.Graduate in any discipline preferred.

2. 2–5 years of experience in Automobile, EV, Two-Wheeler, FMCG, Finance, or related sales industry.

3.Candidates with relevant dealer-management experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A self-motivated, aggressive, and responsible sales qualified who can independently manage an assigned territory, build dealer relationships, lead a sales team, and drive Electric Two-Wheeler sales growth.
