SKN IOT TECHNOLOGY is looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Staff member to support daily office operations, customer coordination, documentation, billing, data entry and service-related administrative work.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain records accurately and coordinate with customers and field technicians.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily back-office and administrative activities.
- Maintain customer, quotation, invoice and service records.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain Excel/Google Sheets records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding installation, service and AMC schedules.
- Coordinate with CCTV, biometric and access-control technicians.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments and service requirements.
- Maintain stock and equipment-related records.
- Handle email, WhatsApp and telephone communication with customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly work reports when required.
- Maintain proper filing of company documents.
- Assist management with routine office coordination and administrative tasks.




- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic knowledge of email and WhatsApp Business.
- Good data-entry and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Previous experience in CCTV, security systems, electrical, IT or technical-service companies will be an advantage.
- Preferred CandidateGraduate / +2 with relevant office experience.
- Fresher candidates with good computer knowledge may also apply.
- Candidates from Bhubaneswar and nearby areas preferred.
- Should be punctual, responsible and willing to learn.
