The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role focuses on attracting qualified talent to meet the organization’s staffing requirements.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionUnderstand manpower requirements from hiring managers.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview feedback and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Conduct reference checks when required.
- Negotiate salary and terms of employment within approved guidelines.
- Generate offer letters and coordinate onboarding documentation.
- Candidate Relationship ManagementMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates regarding interview status and selection outcomes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Recruitment ReportingMaintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Track metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
- Employer Branding SupportAssist in promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate participation in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
- Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Required SkillsExperience using job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
